Check in process was fine, used the tablet. In a room in 15 minutes. After that, nurse came in, asked some questions, said NP would be with us in a few mins that there was one person in front of us. After almost an HOUR LATER of my child crying in pain from an ear infection, finally this poor lady comes in talking about how she still hasn’t had lunch at 3:30 pm. Always professional and I didn’t have to wait long. I would definitely recommend them.
It was not busy when I went in. Great experience from the receptionist to the staff in the back. I have been there several times and always am thankful for y’all being so close to home.

The doctor refused to X ray my leg just because the injury happened at work in my eyes if your a doctor it doesn’t matter where the injury happened it should be took care of regardless! This was in mayfield ky and it’s outrageous the level of disrespect it is you can tell that they don’t care for there patients
Called prescription in to wrong pharmacy, didn’t call in medrol dose pack like talked about. Wouldn’t test me for RSV told me they don’t test adults but same day tested my brother in law.
The place was great but website is terrible
