Went in for a simple drug screen or so I thought. As usual fast paced is not fast paced. Had to wait for the receptionist to check in and deal with others in the waiting room who came in way after me. I was even the only person in the waiting room at one point. Much to my surprise THE RECEPTIONIST DOES THE DRUG SCREENING. Wow, what a business model of cutting corners. Have the customer wait while all of the desk tasks are done. Wait time was longer than I preferred, but everything else was ok. Not sure who helped me so the assisted by name is wrong more than likely.
Lady doctor I easily can rate her 200%. She was very kind, very professional and a caring woman. The front desk lady team member was not considered friendly at all
I was seen with in 6 minutes from the time I checked in. My doctor was very informative and helpful.
