Had a great experience here yesterday 11-14-21 . First Botox appt went fantastic! Was fast and painless can’t wait for my 2 week check in with Carla to show off my results!! Great staff, but definitely not fast. We used to be in and out but not today and it wasn’t even packed. Online checked in at 11:50 for a 12:45 place in line. Got called back 2 hours later and it’s 2:22 and we are still sitting in the room, waiting for the Dr to come back in from our not so rapid, rapid test. Probably won’t be coming back again unless it’s an emergency. Again, staff is great but the wait times are ridiculous. Finally leaving 3 hours later for a sinus infection.

Yes my experience with Fast Pace was reassuring because I just moved here from Ct and I wasn't familiar with any Urgent Care places . I found your Urgent Care and was more than pleased . The PA was amazing listening to my concerns and making sure I was taken care of with the highest respect and Health care . They were very professional and I didn't have to wait over 15 minutes to get in. Evan Dyer PA was awesome. I felt like he had known me forever. He explained everything that he wanted to do and I will follow his plan.
