I waited over an hour to see someone. After I’d checked in and paid, I found out that someone had canceled my appointment. The NP was extremely nice and I really enjoyed her. She was thorough and professional. There were three receptionists at the front. The orthopedic receptionist was courteous. The one in training was nice. However, the one who was doing the training was rude. She had an attitude that indicated she didn’t care or that speaking to her was irritating. The wait was very long once I got in an exam room. Almost an hour in an exam room before provider came in.
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. From the front desk, to the nurses everyone was super friendly.
