These medical professionals were very efficient and pleasant. I was seen by the doctor quickly only waiting about five minutes. I had to pay out of pocket since my insurance wasn’t in effect yet and the price was pretty reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and would return if I need to.

Crystal at front desk in Memphis at Kirby Quince was polite, efficient, kind. So was nurse Patricia and NP Dixon. My 86 year old mother was seen quickly. Clean place. Opened Sept 22.
My appointment was at 4:00. I arrived at 3:40. No one was in waiting room and I had already preregistration. Front desk personnel asked why I was there, I told her my symptoms and she had me take a seat. She was very impersonal. I sat for at least 20 minutes and was called back to exam room. They seemed like they were rushing and didn’t check for all my symptoms I had to go to the emergency room because what they prescribed me wasn’t the right medicine for my needs
Spent $45 on co-payment to buy otc meds that are not helping me at all. Being on otc meds over 2 weeks and still not better. I needed a sinus cocktail shot and you conveniently don’t give them. WTH!!!
