These medical professionals were very efficient and pleasant. I was seen by the doctor quickly only waiting about five minutes. I had to pay out of pocket since my insurance wasn’t in effect yet and the price was pretty reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and would return if I need to.

Crystal at front desk in Memphis at Kirby Quince was polite, efficient, kind. So was nurse Patricia and NP Dixon. My 86 year old mother was seen quickly. Clean place. Opened Sept 22.

Terrible experience. There for 3 hours and still didn’t see a provider. The place was very unprofessional and I will never return. I hope no one ever experiences what I did there and hope there is improvement.

This was a terrible experience. It started off fine, and the fact that there were only two people in the waiting room, made no sense that the treatment was so awful. The assistant physician needs to really check herself. She was not concerned at all about patient needs. She was more concerned about timing. If she did not make her six minutes, then it was a problem. The fact that she even told me that we only had six minutes, is disgusting. That is for the team to know. And sometimes, we go over.
