This place does not know how to bill insurance. They don’t respect HIPAA they misdiagnose this has happened to multiple family members of mine and when they found out that my daughter’s Husband was a pharmacist. They totally changed the way they treated her. This place is a joke.

Be prepared to go do down there if you need a referral or lab results back. I've been calling for 3 days and it either rings and goes to voicemail or they just pickup and hangup.
Horrible experience at this fast pace! Rude staff, waited three hours in total. Registered online, got there early for my scheduled time. Never again!

After they made Maverick( my son) have terrible bloody nose... or maybe the comment "Someone once told me, a baby never died from crying, and that just always stuck with me." Then proceeded to shove the swabs so far up his nose and agreesively to where his nose filled a whole tissue in blood. Then after maybe how the doctor, gave me a hard time because I need a paper for daycare stating it's ear infection, Or then when I asked what pharmacy she sent it to and she said "whatever the fo... read more
You couldn’t even spell my name right from the last visit so it was almost impossible to find my info
Absolutely terrible! Coughing head off and couldn't even give cough meds.

He didn’t have it but we were told he would need to take these medications the next day. We asked for an antibiotic and steroid shot (which was given) however, we were told he would get a prescription for antibiotic and a steroid which he would need to start the next day. We go to Walmart to pick up the script and it wasn’t calle... read more

If you don’t see transparent pricing somewhere in the clinic, you will be overcharged. This would be a great clinic to go to if they did not overcharge. Unfortunately, Crescent Center Drugs shut down their clinic. They had a huge menu of services hanging on the wall where 30 basic services were listed and clearly priced. You knew what it would cost if your insurance wouldn’t cover it. They are trying to be fair to our working class community while Fast Pace Clinic has Nashville prices.
