The web site is great and you can have an appointment time before you get there and they will text you 20 minutes before to remind you. Just make sure your expectations are realistic. I was there 5 minutes before my time and then waited another 30 minutes with no one else in the waiting room at all. I finally just left. I will go somewhere else. They are friendly.

I have been waiting for over 3 months for a refund of $197.00 I’ve called multiple times and keep getting the same answer. That the check will be mailed out in 3 weeks well it’s been way over that amount of time and I’m very frustrated.
Rudest lady at the front desk and her mask was not covering her nose! I walked in a little after 530 and they don’t close til 6. Yes I know it was 30 minutes before close but I was really feeling bad and needed to see someone and it took every ounce of energy for me to get there! Oh well guess walk in clinic only means when it’s not Saturday night and the front desk person doesn’t have plans!

RecommendedAdrienne and other nurse were so extremely kind, that goes along way in my book when you are in need of care. Also I have possibly torn a hamstring and am waiting on an upcoming mri , but had so much pain that I had to visit FP. I dreaded when I would first have to sit down but once down I was ok, or when I would first have to get up... next to the gout with gout being the worst of course, it’s been the second worse pain. My 5 year old daughter was misdiagnosed with the flu and we never received additional test results as promised. I wouldn't take my dog to be treated by this group!

well let's see I went yesterday and ended up seeing a virtual dr (threw web cam) over a sinus infection. this doctor is from god know where well the medication he perscribed my insurance will not cover because of where ever he is from. Not only have a called them 7 times ove also went up there trying to get the physician at this fast pace to send in a new prescription under her name so my insuance will cover it. Should be called slow pace! And for what, mediocre care...great!
This place is a joke they try to double bill insurance I was there and I wasted 25 dollar to see the doctor they did nothing for me I ended up having to see my regular doctor
Not a happy customer!! Entered the building at 11:00 am and waited for 20 minutes to be seen; I was the only person there. After being called back to an examination room, I waited another 30 minutes for an aid to discuss symptoms etc. After the aid left I waited another 30 minutes for a NP to discuss symptoms that had already been given.
