Very polite and professional!
I was pleasantly surprised. This is an urgent care, that is very efficient. I was able to make appointment online, which was easy. Front desk staff was helpful. The Nurse Practitioner Chris listened to all my concerns for my issue. Also the nurse Wendy was kind and thoughtful. The service I received there made me wish that I could make this my doctor’s office. If needed, I will use this urgent care again. I recommend this facility to anyone.
It was easy making an appt online. Receptionist was very professional. I was taken right back to examination room to a friendly efficient technician who took my vitals. The nurse practitioner was very caring, did a thorough exam and prescribed meds and also gave me tips to loosen up my sinus congestion. I definitely will recommend this minor emergency!!

Even though I had an appointment which I got there before time and still had to wait an hour before I was called to the back. The reason I gave a five stars because the Traveling receptionist was there professional and hip everyone. Also, the practitioner was awesome. She took her time and was very patient with me and she figured out what was going on with me at the test me for several different things so everyone was professional very welcoming.
