Fast Pace Oakland is my go to top notch Clinic!!! I easily made an appointment on line. As always, the Staff Team Members were kind and friendly!!! Apparently this ever so smart educated nurse practitioner is just that...a practicing nurse with barely enough medical experience to evaluate patients on a case by case number. She clumps her patients into a group and if you happen to have similar symptoms you are automatically diagnosed the same as the 30 patients she says she see every day- with a "allergy viral situation." The providers were amazing! The front desk lady was not informative about the $250 charge that was applied to my debit card a month later. I was told it would be a $25 copay. Well apparently I signed something stating they could charge me up to 250 to my card. I never signed anything!!
On Saturday afternoon leaving work I went to fast Pace urgent Care for an allergy attack it's the spring. The doctor told me that she could not give me a shot of steroids I would just have to take the prozone that the doctor normally gives me. She insisted I call her back if I had any more problems. The next day on Sunday I called them and did not get a return phone call, so I called them, then they hung up on me. so I went to the office in person and they got really nasty with me and would not help me. this is what I believ... read more
