The receptionist and the nurse were lovely. But the doctor was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I went in for a sore throat and congestion in my ears, I had a strep test, but I did not want a flu or Covid test, which is my right not to do that. The doctor came in the room and said why did you not want a Covid test and I said because I just don’t. He said but you had a strep test and I said yes and he said well. Why not the Covid test? Apparently, the front desk person knows more about foster care paperwork than the state. Brought one of my foster children to be seen and was told the paperwork I had showing I could make medical decisions for them wasn't good enough. In fact, they asked for something stamped by a judge. Judges don't decide where a kid is placed they have DCBS do that. I explained all this and even got the social worker on the phone, but they wouldn't take anything, but something stamped by a judge. Waited too long and no conclusion. Dr had to google symptoms and still didn’t know what the issue was
Short wait, but unable to do ultrasound which was inconvenient
