The absolute worst. Horrible service and Ridiculously long wait times.
I took my wife there on 05/17/2022 for a problem she was having. They took blood and seemed very concerned. But here it it Sunday and no word from them. I call three days in a row and no results. And Thursday they said the results was in and they would have the provider to call and by surprise still no call. So the Provider dropped the ball on this problem. This was at the Portland, Tn branch.

I recently had an appointment for a COVID test at 1:36pm. This was what a signed up for and what was on my confirmation text message. On the day of my appointment, I received a text stating that my appointment was at 11:50 and I needed to be there by 12:00 because the clinic was closing due to inclement weather. Closing due to inclement weather is totally understandable. However, sending me the text at 11:42 and telling me that my new appointment is in 8 minutes and I need to get there before closing in 18 minutes is not goo... read more
