I came in with chest congestion. Not unusual for me. I have asthma. I got a shot and was instructed to come back and get rechecked on Saturday. I came back and got a chest X-ray today, no pneumonia, but my lungs were enflamed. No more medicine and if I didn’t get to feeling better to come back. I don’t think I will ever be coming back. However everyone was very nice.
The nurse practitioner would not listen to my concerns. I know what my body feels like when I am sick. I very rarely get sick and when I do I know what my symptoms are. I told her numerous times my ears hurt badly and she quickly looked at them and said oh they look good. Needless to say that was last night and when I asked if I had to come back the next morning if I would have to pay another co pay because it would be less than 24 hour she said yes. Needless to say I went to another clinic today and I have a double ear infe... read more
The doctor didn’t even exam me and from listening to two sentences (and not knowing any of my history or asking about it), determined it was soft tissue and stress fracture is highly unlikely in someone my age (which is not true—I know several who have had it including my husband). He said I just needed to rest for a couple days; I said I’ve been resting it completely for 2 weeks and it’s not any better, and he said, “I mean a few weeks”. They did take X-rays after I expressed that I wanted that, and they said they’d call ... read more

The doctor barely looked in my ears and throat, just like a glimpse, and that was it and she did not give me nothing but some cough syrup from over-the-counter and I told her I had sinus pressure on my forehead and my face, but she said that was just information not infection
Was told at previous appointment that I needed this appointment to make Fast Pace my primary care provider and would then have physical at an already scheduled time. No one seemed to know why I was there. Felt like I just threw $45 away.
The male nurse was super helpful and very polite. I do not remember his name but he had an amazing tattoo on his left arm. The doctor or NP (whatever she was I don’t remember her name) that I saw acted like she was scared to even exam me or touch me. She had no bedside manner at all. She stated that she was not use to the Springfield clinic but that should not affect the treatment and care of patients at all.
I went to the urgent care clinic because of a cut to the hand. Once the registration process was complete I was seen fairly quickly. Attending was very nice and seemed competent but said she was not allowed to help due to company policy regarding wounds (said appearance of tendon meant she was not allowed to stitch.) I am grateful she directed us not to be billed though. At emergency room ER doc said it absolutely could have handled at urgent care.
I went in for a follow up with a kidney infection. Some how ended up doing a COVID and flu test. Never one time asked for a urine sample. But then sends me home with a urine cup to only have to bring it back. Never in my life.
I was not attended and I really needed the assistance.
