They need to be more prompt! I was the first individual to arrive at 8am. It was approx 805 before the doors were unlocked. It was 835 before anyone was called back (I was 3rd even though I arrived first). The nurse came in 10 mins later to take vitals and swabs. Then I had to wait an additional 30 mins for the NP to come in. In total I was there 1.5 hours and was the first to arrive. That is an unacceptable time frame for a "fast pace urgent care".
Called back quickly. Waited for almost an hour and a half after taking vitals until I saw a doc.
My appointment was at 11am I wasn’t seen until 3 pm. The receptionist was very rude. If I wasn’t so badly sick I would have left because of the unwelcoming and unfriendly person at registration. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and nice.
4 hour wait time. Staff very playful
