Nurse refused to give me antibiotic injection for a sinus infection. She first said it would not work. After I told her it has worked for me for 25 years, she finally admitted that they did not offer it.

Don’t give shots just prescribe meds. Took all day to come in and then stayed 5 whole minutes.

Registration staff needs to learn what they’re doing. Train your staff! We waited 45 minutes just for them to get our insurance verified! So frustrating when you know you have active insurance!

Every time I go it’s more expensive and the wait time is longer. There is throw up all over the bathroom that has clearest been there for days. The staff is extremely slow and even if you make an appointment be ready to wait upwards of 2 hours before you leave the facility.

Sat there for three hours and there was only three people in front of me. Have a sinus infection and they didn’t even call me in an antibiotic. Would not go back and would not refer anyone to them.

I had an appointment at 3:14 pm on Sunday afternoon and wasn’t called back until after 4:30pm. That’s a long time to wait when you aren’t feeling well. Plus, I’m not sure of why there is an appointment time if a person has to wait that long.

I wasn’t told my temperature. Only the front of my mouth was swabbed and throat wasn’t even looked at. Tested positive for Covid. My throat is hurting very bad and all I was told to take was Tylenol & Motrin along with the ear drops and Zyrtec that were prescribed.
