I was hurting so bad l don’t remember who took care of me. They were so efficient and so caring. I feel so much better since I took the antibiotic that was prescribed to me. It was an awesome experience. Also I’m a visitor from south of New Orleans. Thank you for caring for me so quickly.

Scheduling the appointment was straightforward, and the receptionist was courteous and professional. The nurse tech who collected my information was friendly and attentive, taking the time to listen to my concerns. Mr. Campbell entered the room, briefly examined my mouth with a light, stated that he would prescribe an antibiotic, and promptly exited. His interaction lasted less than a minute. Bronchitis … Ask for an antibiotic shot and was told only patients with STD’s get the antibiotic shots!! Not a good experience
Front desk was great Nurse was okay, she didn’t even put the BP on correctly The NP was okay I know I need antibiotics & she didn’t RX me any They did do test & everything was negative/sent throat cultures off
Told the 2 nurses and doctor that I had already been sick for about 5 days. First nurse that saw me, took all my vitals, asked what the reason I was there was, etc. He did fine. He did ask me to fill out an optional form for depression and anxiety. I told him I didn’t want to since it was optional. No biggie. The 2nd nurse the saw me was rude.
