I came there with a problem and it wasn’t never solved. I’m still waiting for my test results.

Bronchitis … Ask for an antibiotic shot and was told only patients with STD’s get the antibiotic shots!! Not a good experience
Front desk was great Nurse was okay, she didn’t even put the BP on correctly The NP was okay I know I need antibiotics & she didn’t RX me any They did do test & everything was negative/sent throat cultures off
Told the 2 nurses and doctor that I had already been sick for about 5 days. First nurse that saw me, took all my vitals, asked what the reason I was there was, etc. He did fine. He did ask me to fill out an optional form for depression and anxiety. I told him I didn’t want to since it was optional. No biggie. The 2nd nurse the saw me was rude. The wait was 2 hours long, your dr wouldn’t give me antibiotic shot that I desperately needed, so therefore it was pretty bad!!!
Only one other patient besides myself. Literally waited 1 hr and 40 mins. Staff was nice but the unnecessary long wait made it terrible.
No wait. However I was sent to the emergency room because they didn’t have the capacity for CAT scans
The Nurse Practitioner (Lexi) was unprofessional and aggressive. She did not examine me and decided I had Covid. I tested negative for Covid but she said it can take several days to test positive. I was there because I had tested positive for strep a week ago and started to feel worse. She told me that “She writes the prescriptions.” I’m so disappointed in the “care” I received.
I got there waited for over an hour then taken to the back got on table to have x ray because I possibly broke my foot and the X-ray machine was broke. I had to leave and go elsewhere and ended up at ER .
