I've used this urgent care for years and have always been satisfied and happy with the level of care, the thoroughness of the care, and the hospitality. Once my primary care doctor was unable to see me every time I became sick and needed care for so long, I decided to take the leap and make this urgent care my primary care. The whole process has been easy and the staff are delightful. I had a great intake appointment and I'm looking forward to the rest of my experience on the primary care side.

Took a chance on visiting this clinic as I normally go to Dunn. I was seen right away from check-in procedures, testing and the physicians visit. Would recommend.

This is the best practice in Fayetteville. Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable. Muryel is so kind and caring and I truly feel like I can discuss anything with her. And Erica makes you feel at ease with her friendly smile as soon as you walk in!

PA-C Muryel Vary is by far the best PA in Fayetteville. She truly cares about every patient she encounter. She takes her time to listen to the patient and allow the patient to have input in their healthcare needs. She is a teacher in addition to everything else she brings to FastMed. She is a true jewel to the healthcare industry. Not only did she treat a colleague of mine, but she provided care for myself as well.
