I made an appointment with primary care for 5. Like a week in advance. I left my house at 4:30 because it's 20 minutes away. There was a wreck. I got hung up at a traffic light. I called from 1.3 miles away at 5:07 and explained. He said "as long as you're here by 5:15." I said please hold it open. I got there at 5:17 and he said I'd have to reschedule. I made an appointment for a DOT exam today at 7:10pm. I paid $18 for an Uber driver. I arrived at 7pm and the receptionist flat out said "We can't do that today. We don't have anyone here to do it. I have to reschedule you". I told her that I paid Uber to come here. She repeated herself, then said let me see when we can do it. She said the next available appointment is Saturday or Sunday. I asked for a card and left. The lady didn't even apologize. She was cold and matter of fact!
Receptionist staff is nice but doctors are awful. Dr rushed me out so fast that he had to call me LATER to tell me he missed a fracture on my xray. Had a follow up appt and sat in lobby for 2+ hours, just for them to tell me that they don't do follow up xrays. Previously visited and dr misagnosed me with strep throat, then mono, finally walking pneumonia. I still have no idea what i actually had. The wait times are ridiculous.
Service is garbage. Made an appt online and have currently been waiting an hour in the lobby. ONE person has been called back the entire time we've been here and this waiting room is full. Absolutely no point in making an appt. It will not get you seen in a timely manner and there has been zero communication or apology for lack of service from staff.
This is a terrible urgent care. I called and they said they accept walk-ins, I took my 10 month old baby, 3 year old, and 4 year old to be seen because last night they all started been sick. They said I can't check in all 3 which makes no sense. So I check in my 3 year old because he's the sickest, we wait for 3 hours and then after he was seen, I asked if I could get my baby on the waiting list and just wait for the next opening because there was only 1 person in the waiting room and she said "no and we are fully booked" so... read more
I'm having issues getting scheduled with my primary and needed some lab work done. I get it you don't do lab work. But the NEW chick that always says she's new when she answers is just the rudest woman ever. She's younger and it's obvious she doesn't like her job. She makes me never want to come back in to be seen. You guys should do better when hiring someone that has 0 customer service skills.
I have been sitting here an hour past my appointment time. The lady at the front counter doesn't care at all. My suggestion to you is to drive the hour to Raleigh you'll get seen faster. Definitely better customer service.
The wait times for "walk-in" drug screens are awful. 1st visit- quoted 2 hour wait & asked to Return later in the afternoon. 2nd visit- 50 min. Wait. There should be an expedited process for walk-in drug screenings which took 10 Minutes. I would not recommend this location & I've asked my employer not to send me to this location again.
This place is super unprofessional and any of their mishaps they blame on you. The doctor are super nice but the receptionist need a lot more training then they have been given. They mess up my time putting me on the wrong block and when they saw who did my scheduling they assume it was my fault. My mother hurt her back and it took them weeks before someone even took an x-ray where they finally saw what may be the issue.
