very friendly staff and thorough Physcian Assistant. and not bad priced priced either!
The staff was excellent. They were nice and personable. The person (I don't think she was actually a doctor as the prescription had a different name) that saw me was not friendly, reassuring, and never checked my throat and glands which were a big complaint. She appeared rushed and hurried and there was only one patient behind me.
Wonderful staff and Dr. Leung was so very helpful and very kind! Very fast appointment and was in and out quick. Very knowledgable and helpful!
The Dr was sympathetic, listened and I didn't feel rushed by the staff excellent service thank you for being in Henderson!!!
I leave this review because they gave my son treatment a shot to reduce hives and demanded that he be transported to the hospital claiming he didn’t have a choice which was a lie. Patients always have a choice. I work in healthcare. Patients have the right to refuse any treatment. I personally am considering reporting them to state. So FastMed called the Ambulance and the ambulance workers told them that he didn’t have to be transported to the hospital. The only person I liked was the nurse. The Doctor downplayed my sons symptoms..... he tested positive for the flu and we walked out with no medication don’t waste your time by going here!
Terrible experience. I had a scheduled 3pm appointment and walked out after waiting for two hours. No one in the building can tell time apparently. “How long is the wait time?” patients were asking. No one was on the same page because I overheard one receptionist say to the other “how long should I tell the next patient whom calls in? 3 hrs? Four hours? Five hours?
