I walked in around 12pm & the lady at the desk said “can I help you?” I told her I needed my son to be seen…she immediately told me they were “at capacity” (whatever that means!!!!), she didn’t have “anyone to see him” and that he could NOT be seen today and needed to go to his pediatrician (who told us to go to urgent care bc they didn’t have any appts today)—never even asking what he needed to be seen for. I have never been treated so poorly there. I went there this Sunday for severe sore throat after waiting at least 10 minutes for the receptionist to check in a patient and talk to her friends on the phone. When it was finally my turn she ask me why I was there and I told her sore throat and she said that there were no appointments available for the rest of the day and I would have to come back on Monday. Clearly I was in pain and needed to be seen. But they were having none of it and kept saying that they were sorry. So we w... read more

I had a terrible experience here, but mine had nothing to do with the wait. We were actually seen quite quickly. My son presented with high fever, random vomiting, and headache. He was also complaining of slight pain around his ear, but it was more general head pain. I was concerned because his temp had reached 103.6 earlier in the day. I gave a complete and full history to the nurse, including the headache and vomiting symptoms. I did mention he has a history of ear infections. He was seen very briefly by the PA. 3 people in my home with the flu. My son comes home from school with the same symptoms as the other three people, that were diagnosed by reputable doctors, fever, body aches, vomiting, coughing, along with constant headache. It was determined that my son did not have the flu and it was only an ear infection. I voiced my concern saying I don’t believe that the cause of what’s going on is an ear infection because 3 of us have the flu. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Not even a different wrong code, but THE EXACT SAME WRONG CODE. Also, no one ever, and I mean ever answers the phone at the corporate office. It prompts you to leave a message. Well y... read more
