Very happy with Feastivities and our wedding at Stotesbury Mansion. Thank you to all the staff. My Mom said it was the best wedding she had ever been to (but she can be a little biased)! Overall, it was an amazing experience. Thanks again!
We really enjoyed our experience with Feastivities. Hannah and Annie were a pleasure to work with, very responsive, and had great recommendations. We were aiming for something a bit non-traditional -- more of a party vibe -- and they nailed it with the stations, food carts, cocktail hour, etc. The food was excellent -- lots of compliments there. I only wish I took the time to eat more of it!
Working with the Feastivities team, to plan our wedding with The Stotesbury Mansion was a very enjoyable experience. Hannah was always helpful, willing to answer our questions and responded to us in a timely manner. Her team took care of anything and everything that I can think of for our special day and coordinated with many of our outside vendors (floral, DJ, etc.). I cannot thank Feastivities enough for truly excelling at our wedding reception held in the Stotesbury mansion (September 2016). The chef mastered the Piedmontese affair I envisioned, including my request for 'baci di dama' (traditional hazelnut cookies filled with dark chocolate from nonna's region) that turned out not only authentic but also scrumptious! Absolutely delicious, everyone raved about how amazing our food was. The mashed potato bar was a big hit for our cocktail hour and the filet mignon was extremely juicy. We had late night cheesesteaks and fries, which my fiance loved, which is a big deal considering he's a snob when it comes to cheesesteaks.
After using Festivities for our wedding at the Stotesbury Mansion in Philadelphia this past September, I cannot say enough good things about them. Everyone at feastivities was wonderful to work with. The food was delicious & the staff on our wedding day were attentive & so nice! All our guests raved about the food & loved how we didn't do the usual sit down dinner. It was wonderful to work with Feastivities!
Overall, Feastivities was a good caterer. Our event went off without any major problems, the food tasted good, and they were kind and helpful throughout the planning process. My favorite part is that they did a lot of organization and coordinating with other vendors, which made a wedding planner more or less unnecessary. I worked with Hannah Dann to plan my sons rehearsal dinner. I didnt want the normal three course menu, but suggested a custom created 7 course tasting menu paired with wines. Wow! did they exceed my expectations!! Hannah helped me select an impressive vintage and contemporary table top and put me in touch with off shoots for flowers. she organized musicians for pre and during dinner.
