Feastivities did a fantastic job on our wedding at Stotesbury Mansion (March 2016). We worked with Karen most of the time and then Bernice. Both ladies were quick to respond, detailed, and absolutely wonderful. They were always working for and with us. The food tasting was intimate and fantastic. If Feastivities weren’t already a frontrunner, the food tasting would have sent them to the top of the list. Great options and everything was delicious. Bernice and Hannah were excellent with helping us prepare for our special day. Starting with our detailed initial meeting, to the generous and delicious tasting to decide on our full menu, to the main event that went off without fail, Feastivities was great! All of our guests LOVED the food.

We were married in mid May 2015 at The Washington at Yellow Springs. We cannot say enough great things about Feastivities. We had a relatively small wedding, but we always felt like we were just as important as their larger events. Food was the most important part of our wedding. We are both vegetarians and decided to have an all vegetarian wedding. We looked at a lot of caterers to create a menu that would ensure no one missed having meat, fish, or poultry. I actually didn't use the Knot website to plan my wedding but I felt the need to write a review on this caterer.I don't know where to start except everything was perfect. Our wedding planning started late so we were in a rush to get everything done but as soon as we stepped into their office and met with Bernice we felt comfortable and relieved. Feastivities was a HUGE help in our wedding planning! Our venue provided the bare minimum and Feastivities helped us figure out all the details and acted as our coordinator day of. We worked with Bernice who was wonderful, and so on top of things! The food was wonderful, and they provided many unique options! The service was friendly and professional. We also worked with Offshoots for our flowers and they did a phenomenal job!

Our wedding venue would only allow us to use Feastivities so I was nervous. Karen was our event coordinator and point person- every time I met with her or spoke to her, I felt better. She helped us with many other aspects of wedding planning and and prices were very transparent from the beginning. We had a cocktail style reception and everything was flawless. Karen and the staff at Feastivities Events were fantastic to work with! Feastivities came highly recommended from a recently married friend, and they actually helped us find our venue. They were incredibly flexible and responsive when it came to planning the menu (including accounting for guests with eating restrictions and kids, and accommodating our seasonal requests), and they made figuring out the logistics of the event so much easier as well! We loved the food and appetizers and the artistic presentation painstakingly maintained on every dish. Bernice was excellent and we truly enjoyed working with her. The attention to detail was exquisite. Guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed the food.
