I moved in just before to the new owners, which is scary being new here but the manager and maintenance worker stayed the same. That's all that mattered for me. The office people is what got me to rent here in the beginning and the maintenance worker always fixed my stuff real good and fast. This place is super nice and good prices. I'll stay here for a while.

Love It! I just leased and moved in last month. I dealt with Taylor in the office through the whole process. She was great as I went around to other places none were as friendly as this one. A lot of new places in the area but I liked that it felt homie and not cold when I looked at the model apartment. My apartment on move in day was perfect. I really wanted to get the upgrade Taylor told me about but...

The office manager (-------) is an amazing and more than capable woman who does her job above and beyond what is necessary, I have been living in this complex for approximately ten years and have never had to come back to her with any issues I might have had. She takes care of what needs to be done immediately and effectively. She always has something nice to say and is always there to listen....

Safe, Quiet and Convenient I've been living at Fieldcrest Apartments for two years. In fact, I followed the management once I learned they transferred here. They were extremely helpful during my move, allowing me to view my apartment before signing the lease. For any issues I found once I moved in, they were fixed within two days. I have lived here for over a year and it is a very nice place. Its safe, clean, very small and very quiet and no real issues and its close to everything. The staff has pretty much stayed the same over the years, they are all very nice expect for the girl that filled in there for a few months recently but she is gone now and hopefully doesn't come back, sorry. They do a good job keeping up with...

My experience with the Fieldcrest staff has been top notch excellence. They assisted me by showing me various floorplans and options and got me into an apartment they best fit my budget and needs. I would strongly recommend the complex to anyone looking in the north carrollton, colony, and plano area.

I have lived here at Fieldcrest Apartments for over two years. One of the reasons that I found interesting was that it was a smaller complex. Meaning that I realize that people come and go but there is less traffic in smaller complexes and that seem to be true so far. I have never had a problem with maintenance and they work very hard. I admit that no one is perfect not even me so we cannot...
