Lucky for me i only signed a 7 month lease...during the winter season rats got into my apartment and when i call the manager ----..she explained that it's normal because it's cold outside and they want to be warm soo they dig into apts. they did not reduce my rent and only i had to wait until pest control that comes every Friday....i could not wait until Friday soo maintance came to patch up...

We lived here for 15 months. I paid huge Electricity bill because of the old A/C unit and other equipments. They replaced the A/C fan 6 months after we moved in!!! The Management is horrible they keep on sending letter for unnecessary matters. You will be individually trapped since there are only few numbers of units in this complex. Find another one if you are looking for a peaceful life.

I have never lived in a place so horrible. The maintenance is so bad. I had requested my washing machince to be looked at because water was backing up into my sink, about month or so later my entire apartment flooded so bad that my carpet was floating because of the washing machine hose that they had rigged up with a clothes hanger. The walls & ceiling are paper thin that I can hear the people...

Horrible. If you have something that needs to be repaired, (even as important as your A/C going out in the middle of July) expect to have to basically threaten lives to even get it looked at, let alone actually repaired. We had a leak in our roof with all of the recent storms and the girl at the front office told me that they would have to WAIT UNTIL IT RAINED AGAIN to fix it. When our a/c DID...

It is better to throw your money away!! The maintaince is horrible and the apartments need to be reconstructed. My apartment is falling apart!!!

HIGHTLIGHTS OF THIS PROPERTY: - train track run through it... literally. If you think I'm kidding, go take a look yourself. - Fire station across the street. If that doesn't convince you, ask how many managers have been in and out of there in the past 12 months.

When I moved in here, I used an Apartment Locator service who highly recommended them. However, after about 2 months of living there, I came to the conclusion that the only reason he had recommended the place was because the front office girl was cute. Well when I first moved into the complex Jenny was totally awesome. But after Jenny left and the rest of the folks came in the apartment complex went downhill. I waited 8 months to be assigned my 2nd parking space. My 2year old had gotten bitten several times by ants, my heat did not work half of the time and had to threaten a law suit if they didn't fix it. On several times my front door lock...

When we moved here in July of 2005 it was really kind of a last resort. We really didn't get a chance to look around for apartments and napartment locator found this apartment complex for us. When we first saw the complex we liked it. The grounds were well kept and green. The apartment itself was nothing to brag about. The lady in the office made it sound so beautiful when we walked in to talk...
