We had reserved a parking space. First time I had done so anywhere. It was easy to get in and find a parking space. Plenty available for which I was glad because it was a Monday and I was afraid availability might be slim. We were running very late for our flight because we got caught up in a huge traffic jam that had the freeway completely shut down. Made reservation, paid on line, arrived and parked. Shuttle to airport was quick. Return was all fast and easy. 5 minutes to departure door. Return just as quick. No hassle and just aboute as cheap as remote parking with no outside weather to worry about or long shuttle ride.

Only negative I had was confusion on my part with rental agreement made with a package deal for plane tickets and car rental using Rightway as the rental so when I got to Fine Parking I thought I was in the wrong place. Took some driving around and calling to get me straightened out.

Staff was friendly and was quick to take me to the airport. I would like to suggest telling customers where to be picked up at the airport as it could be confusing. I'm a recurring customer but every trip back at HOU there are always people asking me where to go for FIne to pick them up. Thank you.
