When arriving to drop off my car in the valet area, I’m usually greeted by someone that helps me pull my bag out of my car and take it over to the shuttle bus. I had to wait a couple of minutes for anyone to come outside, and eventually pull my bags out of my car on my own before somebody came outside to confirm my reservation.

Everything was perfect! The shuttle was there when I was ready to go on my trip and timely enough upon my return. My car was where so left it , no damages! Thank you!
