Unique, fun place! Our business dinner was a great success. Everyone really enjoyed the experience.
Our waitress and the main cook at the grill were amazing!! The gentleman at the grill had a fun personality and was quick. We were there on a Tuesday night. I am really bad with remembering names. Sorry.
Been coming here for a few years, dont really expect a lot from the servers so i cant say im too surprised that i had to scour the restaurant to find her anytime we needed something. But i gotta say, sadly this is probably my last visit because i come here for ONE dish i love to make over n over...(shrimp fajitas) i was VERY disappointed to find that the ONLY sauce i loved (jalapeno lime) is no longer on the menu and neither are the black beans.... The available foods meats, fish, vegetables and carbs are fresh and well presented. The Cooks engage with the customers during cooking, improving the experience. The table service is friendly and efficient.
Love this place! We come here often and have been customers since they first opened. We always come here for special occasions and our friends love it, too. We’ve introduced our out-of-town friends and family to Fire & Ice, and it is always on the itinerary on return visits to Orange County. Great place!
Was disappointed some assortment of desserts weren't offered. Difficult to wait for your food to be cooked. Stood at the griddle for 1/2 hr total. So missed 1/2 hr of socializing with the group.
Great atmosphere. We were celebrating a 87th birthday, and everyone had a great time. We will be going back soon
This Fire and Ice did not have the same feel as the other location I had visited in Rhode Island. I was a little disappointed in the layout and the selection of foods. Overall though, the price was right and our waiter was phenomenal . It was a nice relaxed evening and the food that was available was fresh and cooked properly.
The service here was great, but I can't say much for the rest of it. They were blaring Christmas choir music that was a little weird and out of place for the setting. The food was good, but not exceptional. The grill is not suitable for vegetarians if you care about your food touching meat.
