We thoroughly enjoyed my daughter's 19th birthday experience at Fire & Ice Grill.
Not as nice as anticipated based on other reviews. Food was okay, but the selection of ingredients wasn't great. The interior seemed a tiny bit shabby and worn. Would go again in a pinch but would look for other options first.
Fire + Ice is perfect for people who don't necessarily like similar foods -- you take your bowl along a cafeteria-like line and choose your foods and sauce, and then the chefs grill it for you. Free seconds (or more!). Lots of choices -- omnivores and picky eaters all happy. I've been there twice now. First time the waitstaff was very attentive; second time busier and it was hard to get their attention for water or tortillas.
Fire & Ice is a great place to go with a group of people, because of the various choices provided to you. The fire refers to the grill they use to cook the food after you fill a bowl with the mixture of items you'd like grilled. The ice refers to the cool drinks, which are definitely a hit with us. Fire and Ice was a unique dining experience and great for kids. It is set up similar to the Mongolian grill in the food court in the mall so that was somewhat disappointing. I was expecting grills at the table as depicted in the pictures on the website. Overall it was a good experience but I'm not sure I will return.
Great food and service. Only complain I can make was that they knew it was a birthday group and seated us at a small table. My sister had to ask for a bigger table. Other than that, good experience!!
Buffet was good and well organized. Flavor was ok and the quality was ok for a buffet. Works well for my sons birthday. He and friends enjoyed
The food was great and the atmosphere was wonderful. We had a good time, and we will surely go back again.
It was fin picking your own food and the cook who prepared it was very friendly and kept up conversation while the meal was being prepared. Food selection was amazing, the foos was so tasty. Everone was so friendly and great customer service, this has become our new spot to eat with our frieds!
