My friend and I went for dinner, making a reservation for 6:15pm. It was not busy (Monday night) and we were seated right away. The server showed us the food and explained how we could pick anything we wanted (which included many types of meat and salmon, shrimp, calamari, talapia and lots of vegetables. Then there was the sauce section (maybe 10-15 kinds) which we could choose from and take to the big round Mongolian barbecue type grill, where the cook would prepare it. The variety of food was great. They have a great brunch from 11-3pm all you can eat. If you're looking for variety, this is the place.
I love this place. lots of great food with fun combinations. great drink prices, outdoor seating by the fire is awesome.
It's mongolian BBQ with an "american" twist, would be great for a family with picky eaters because you build your own and then watch as they cook it for you. Also had a nice salad bar. And if you want rice & tortillas they give you those. Go hungry, it's all you can eat.

Awesome selection of foods you can group together for a Mongolian grill experience. If you're vegetarian, vegan, or have food allergies, you can ask for your meal to be cooked separately!
My husband and I love this place. We were a little put off by the fact that they were not participating in the BBQ nights the other Fire + Ice locations had (I received an email from the company, but it didn't designate locations). They were also out of my favorite sauce and the sirloin steak. The food is always good though. I was very pleasantly surprised by the drink I ordered, a Lava Flow - Amazing! We will continue to return to this place - it is still our favorite.
