Went for lunch on the 4th of July, our waitress was nice and helpful as was all the staff. Even when they got a group of 155+ they still kept up with all of thier customers and did an amazing job!

On mondays, its $10 for college students for all you can eat. Great deal for an amazing price!! The service is usually questionable (MIA most the time) but todays was horrible. Food was good - the burgers are phenomenal. Fun place to go with a big group because everyone can pick what they want.

This is definitely a popular spot to eat in boston. You are mostly paying for the cooking and experience. I liked how they had a big variety of food to choose from and that it was quick. My only issue was that some of my food wasn't cooked throughly. I had a meatball that was still cold in the middle and my boyfriend had a piece of chicken that didn't really looked cooked either. Overall it was good. A bit pricey but was good and fast.

Food was good. Reasonably priced. Good for large groups. Not the place for romantic dinner as it's too noisy

We enjoyed our experience at Fire & Ice, the staff was pleasant and polite. The food was fresh and prepared to our liking. The chef's were great with our kids, Jefferson was extremely nice and made the experience that much more enjoyable! Thanks!

Went with 3 friends for the first time. Monday is college ID night, which we took advantage of but the place was jam crowded. It was fun creating our own bowls of ingredients and some of the food was very good. Other stuff was just ok. The chipotle shaved beef was especially good. The tuna ended up overcooked by the grill staff. Great people watching and lively. Service was great -- quick and friendly. But yeah, it was busy and loud so if you're looking for a quiet romantic spot, go somewhere else!

Great opportunity to try new things, worth the $20/plate if you're hungry!
