First time experience and it was amazing! Our waitress was awesome I believe her name was Audrey (or Aubrey). I will definitely be back and will be sure to request her as our waitress.
It was a very great time and experience. I brought some first timers with me and they thought it was beyond outstanding. Overall it was a great time as always at Fire+Ice Boston.
The location is great location. Good food. Great ambiance. I would recommend this place for any occasion.
We went early on Saturday night and it was not busy to start but by the time we left, it was packed. The food selection to make your own dish is fantastic. Lots to choose from. You can make pretty much any time of meal your looking for, mac and cheese, chicken Alfredo, to a stir fry meal. It was smoky and the meal takes some time for it to cook. But it was quality food. The noise level when we left made it difficult to have a quiet conversation.
Really enjoyed our first time here. A unique experience and well worth the price!
Fire and Ice is perfect for an anytime restaurant. I've been there for 3 birthdays, 2 times someone asked, and the other 2 times i recommended to go with friends and once on a double date. i live about 30-40 minutes to boston sometimes more sometimes less depending on traffic, but it is so worth the drive, you can really create anything you want, from spicy, to sweet, to hot, to cold, seafood, vegetarian, tons of meat, cheeseburgers, salads, amazing drinks and ice cream. it never gets old. and the best part is you can eat as... read more
The customizable nature of this place makes it a great option for groups of picky eaters with diverse tastes. I enjoyed the vast array of vegetables available! The place was crowded and pumping, but that gave a fun and exciting atmosphere. Might not have been the most amazing thing I've eaten, but the potential is there and the overall experience made up for it.
I have been many times to Fire & Ice in Boston- most often for a birthday or bachelorette celebration. This visit was to bring 5 high school seniors with social/emotional needs that had never been to the city and all wanted different types of foods for their senior trip lunch! Outstanding service, they were flexible with our numbers as we had to change the number in our reservation party last minute.
