On our recent stay ion Boston, we chose to dine at the Fire & Ice-Berkeley Street location. We made a reservation, but were told when we checked in that it may be at least a half hour as they had several walk-ins ahead of us! I am not sure what that meant if we had made a reservation ahead of time. We enjoyed the concept and the amazing choices we had to pick from. Great food, fun to create your own dish.
Not sure if my previous response was sent through. When Fire and Ice first opened it was all the rage. Now, it is a bit "shop worn". The food was fine and the waitress was fine it was just the appearance of the place that wasn't. It certainly needs a renovation. I was disappointed in how it looked. Please pass this on to Fire and Ice.
Kids had a great time, loved picking dinner out and the chefs cooking in front of them. Lots of fun for our group. Cramped and loud for sure, but we will go back definitely.
Fun place to go where you can put together your own stir fry/pasta/etc. It's essentially a very large buffet of ingredients that are then cooked on a large grill in the middle of the room. They have burgers for the creatively challenged. For kids, they have a sundae toppings buffet.
