Great food, fun to create your own dish.
Not sure if my previous response was sent through. When Fire and Ice first opened it was all the rage. Now, it is a bit "shop worn". The food was fine and the waitress was fine it was just the appearance of the place that wasn't. It certainly needs a renovation. I was disappointed in how it looked. Please pass this on to Fire and Ice.
Kids had a great time, loved picking dinner out and the chefs cooking in front of them. Lots of fun for our group. Cramped and loud for sure, but we will go back definitely.
Fun place to go where you can put together your own stir fry/pasta/etc. It's essentially a very large buffet of ingredients that are then cooked on a large grill in the middle of the room. They have burgers for the creatively challenged. For kids, they have a sundae toppings buffet.
This place is a disaster, I had a reservation for 7:30 and we still didn't get our table until 8:15ish. The problem is that people take too long to eat here so it creates a bottleneck on the wait time both on the waiting for a table side and on the waiting for food side. The food itself was pretty bland, I had some salad which wasn't very fresh.
Love the atmosphere and food. Had to go downstairs to the bar to get our own drinks. Server disappeared, and after the manager took our order, still no drinks.
Great food! Wonderful atmosphere. Fun to open grill cooking. Variety of food for various tastes from plain to exotic. Great for kids too!
