We took a group of 12 college students to F&I at 6pm on a Sunday and it was perfect. The setup accommodates both differences in appetite and palate. Even the hungriest guy was full, and the healthiest eater was happy. You can get everything from fettuccine to a ridiculous hamburger, to a healthy seafood or vegetable stir fry. You don't have to wait, and the food is hot, and drinks came quickly. Fun atmosphere. Definitely the choice for big group.
We went here for my daughter's sweet 16! She and her friends loved it! Great place, especially for bithdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and aniversieries! Everyone there seemed to be celebrating! The service was excellent; the waiter was so friendly and one of the cheifs got the other cheifs to sing happy birthday for my little girl. Everyone had a blast!
I needed some place to take 12 freshmen to for an engineering social. This place turned out to be a perfect match. The ambiance was just right so that there was never any silence and everyone was talking about what they had picked to be cooked. We all had a very good time!

So, the food was wonderful, the waiter was great and helpful. We were a little late for our reservation, and so they wouldn't let us go up right away which was kind of annoying. The downstairs was insane- I couldn't talk to the ladies at the front because they were just so busy, so you might want to put more coverage down there, especially on a Saturday night....Otherwise, loved it
we went for 12:30 on a Sunday for a birthday brunch for 5 people....it was so hot in the restaurant that we were sweating at the table.... it was crazy hot. It was very hectic on where to go for certain foods and as a result of the long wait times in certain areas we barely were all at the table together. It seemed half the table was always up waiting for food to be cooked. The food was great but I wish they had a better way to figure out the food and cooking, etc.
This is my second visit to a Fire and Ice and is was just as good as the first (Providence, RI). Great food and a great concept for a dining experience. Will come again.
This is a great place took my nephew for his ninth birthday he loved it...good food good service great price!!!
