This restaurant is great for large groups because everyone can find something they can eat.

Even with a reservation we had to wait a while for or table. The hosts were very disorganized and it seems like it took several minutes for them to figure out what to do with each party. Once we finally got to our seats it was very cramped. We had a party of nine and instead of putting us in one of the nice corner tables they stuck us right in the middle of the floor. The food was awesome, our server was great. I understand that it was a Friday night, but it almost seems like they should turn some customers away because it w... read more

It was better than I expected. The options might not be a LOT of options for food but it was varied. The best thing about Fire+Ice (besides the price on college night) was the overall experience. It's unique how you basically build your own meal and really cool how you get to watch the chefs cook it. I'll definitely have to go again asap.

Another excellent Meal at Fire & Ice. I love this place/concept because everyone can have exactly what they want. It is very food allergy friendly as all the ingredients are plain, unseasoned, and separate until YOU choose to season or combine them. And for those with extra sensitivities - food can be cooked in separate in the kitchen and not on main grill. Great food experience.

We went to fire and ice expecting good food,a fun place for dinner and a couple of good drinks. That is what we got. I would not go here expecting to have a quiet,Romantic dinner. But its a lot of fun and the food is good. I will go back.

My husband surprised me with tickets to Josh Groban and asked me to pick a restaurant in Boston. I picked Fire and Ice because it is comfortable, friendly, and I knew it would start the evening off correctly!!

My kids and I go here often, but Friday the 25 was my birthday and since I received a coupon from FIRE & ICE I thought perfect. I was a bit embarrassed when I was pulled into the pit and everyone around it sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY, but my my granddaughter love it as well as the ice cream sunday I recieved courtesy of another patron. My only thing isi was on crutches and it was a bit hard to move around from where I was seated it was like an obstical course.
