nice choices for vegetarians and vegans
I really liked it there but I made a reservation for 6:30 and didn't get seated til 6:50...that was the only downfall
We were a party of 8. We had reservations, were seated and served promptly. I feel a need to return not only because the atmosphere was fun but I need more practice choosing my food.It was my first experience at Fire and Ice and I put everything in my bowl. I will definitely return.

I always enjoy going to fire and ice...not being my first time going but bringing new people and they enjoyed the experience just as much as I did my first time was exciting too see..Thank you much for your continued great food great service and great atmosphere
Great buffet. Service comes by to check in and clear plates durin trips. Great selections. Management staff does a great job of bringing up more items, ice, or hopping behind the grill if a rush is on. Great place for groups and for send off parties. Highly recommended.
I had an Incredible experience at Fire & Ice. Besides it's uncanny proximity to the Boston Common, it had Amazing food and Amazing service. All chefs that I interacted with directly (even one who was off for the night!) were completely open and friendly when I had "newcomer's" questions, wherever they were on the floor or whatever they were doing. Great way for pickey eaters to get exactly what they want! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed the entire experience: choosing food, watching it be prepared, & of course, eating. All food was fresh & tastefully prepared. Great place to go with a group to celebrate!
