Had a terrific time, this is a very fun place to eat
Always delicious. Very noisy that night. Bringing your food to be cooked is like being at a bar, nice mixer.
Conceptually - I love the idea of this restaurant. Food was pretty good, but the layout of the restaurant is difficult - there is no obvious flow for customers to follow.
Fire + Ice is a great casual restaurant. The atmosphere is fun and very kid-friendly. The chefs at the grill are energetic and seem to really enjoy what they do and interacting with the crowd. It is very loud and the seats do not accommodate for private conversations or romantic dates. Great for a group of friends to meet for a night out.
Fun place to take the kids~ although very noisy!
Overall a very positive experience.
We have been to several F&I's about 10 times and usually have great service and the food is usually great as well. Only once the cooks left our meal on the grill too long and it was burnt. We went to the Berkeley Street F&I on Father's Day and the food was great, but the service was a little below normal. We made reservations right at 3:00 which is the switch time between Sunday brunch and dinner. I suspect the big rush for 3:00 and the brunch change over was part of the problem. I went for a bachelorette party and it was the perfect place to kick off our evening!
This was my second time there with my Kids, we all love it that's why were back and will continue to come back. Great food and the cooks are great with the people!
