It was a fun place for our team to go on lunch. The food was pretty cheap for lunch being only $10 for all you can eat.
We had a fantastic time and your staff was amazing. It was our daughter's sweet 16 and they made her feel real special and she had a blast with her friends. Thank you for a memorable night!!! It was our first time there and we will sure be back!
Went for lunch on a weekday with a friend and it was completely empty. The place was dead. Try going on a Saturday night, but make sure you have reservations- it's usually totally packed and hopping. The burger I had was pretty good, and even better for such a low price. But it was nothing that can't beat. The food and service were all amazing! Love the "do it yourself" aspect and the endless options!
Arrive early on Sunday brunch. Id reccomend around 11am. This way you dont wait long for things to get cooked. It starts getting busy at 12 and you will experience slightly longer wait times. Plan for breakfast and lunch. Thats what I do when I go there. First have a nice omelet. Then a pancake or crepe and finish off with a stir fry! :P
College night so mobbed with college kids and very loud. It's an all you can eat place, so better for your teenagers than for you. A great place to bring your young friends, loud and fun. But for me the whole Mongolian BBQ set up: fill your bowl, stand around and watch it fry on a huge grill, is not what I am usually looking for in a dining experience.
Fire and Ice is one of my favorite restaurants. This time however the service was kind of slow, cups for the sauces were missing for awhile. It almost seemed like they werent prepared like they usually are. It wont stop me from going, the food is always so tender and if it the taste isnt right try another sauce until you find what you like.
Every time I introduce folks to Boston, I recommend Fire & Ice. It has been a hit with evryone I know who has been there!!!
Great experience. Food was great and the server was very friendly and prompt. Will definitely be returning soon.
