Open Table did a wonderful job with the reservations. We got seated promptly. It was the first time for 2 of our party and repeat visit for me and another. Our server was great in explaining the details or how everything works. The quality and variety of food is great. Our server did get lost when we were looking for him to order desert but other than that all was great. If you have a birthday(kids or 21+) or girls or guys night out and want to be loud and have a party this is a great spot. The cocktails are colorful.
It was quite crowded but they worked the cooking well and they were very entertaining
Usually a great place with no complaints but the cooks weren't up to par at all and the food wasn't great despite going up twice. Also mt table was extremely dark. I could barely see what I was eating.
Love fire and ice server was bad
Food was good, but not as great as others have told us. Unique dining experience. Atmosphere a bit dark - not warm and cozy, just dark. Our kids enjoyed it. A bit pricey for the whole experience; lunch seems like a better option.
Was my First time there with my boyfriend and it was his birthday he loved it I kinda wish u had more to offer for special occasions. But over all it was a great first time experience.
I was very pleased that I was able to make a last minute reservation the night before my daughters 21st birthday. The restaurant was very busy, but our waitress was very informative, friendly, and checked back often to see if we needed anything. This was a fun place to go. The food was good, and the drinks were even better.
Good good moderate prices can be loud
We celebrated our sons 18th Birthday. It was his first time there and he loved it! We actually all enjoyed it. The food and the service was great! We are never disappointed every time we go to Fire and Ice. Everyone should try it!
