Food was amazing. Service was okay..
This is overall a great place to eat, and for special occasions everyone will like it. One thing I was surprised at is they don't have Parmesan cheese! And some of the food doesn't get as much attention as others, and there is a high possibility that your dish will be partially burnt... But, it is all you can eat and if you get there before 3pm it's only 9.99, which is a great price.
Fire and Ice was a fun place to go to eat with friends. The energy is very happy and the staff is funny but appropriate. The food selection was generally very good and the idea of choosing what goes into your dish is very cool. Some of the flaws of this place was that it was a little loud and I could not have a conversation with my friends. And even though the idea of food was cool, the taste was mediocre but it really depends on what sauce you choose.
There for a friend's birthday, our servers Brenda and Anthony were great!!!
A bit loud for my taste, hard to hear conversation at the table. Service was good. Food was fresh. It was fun to select food and watch the prep. Entertainment as well as dinner. Limited wine list.
We had 2 children with us and we all had a great time...the choices they had were great. The burgers were bigger than my 9yr old could handle, but it's all you can eat and you pick it all out while the awesome circular grill and its cooks keep up very well. The only thing disappointing was that it was fairly dark...I would have appreciated a bit more lighting. Overall, we had a fun night to remember.
Went to celebrate a Birthday. Had a fun time.plenty of food and great staff.
I wasn't too happy that we were seated a half an hour after our reservation time. Other than that it was fun.
