Great concept. Need them in NJ
Came here with a large group after making a reservation and we were seated quickly. Our waitress attended to us fast and we were able to immediately start at the stir fry station. Although it was fairly busy being College Night, the food was prepared well and didn't take too long. If you pick your favorite ingredients and the right sauce, the food is excellent! Great time overall for a large group dinner!
The wonderful waitress Brooke and the cooks were so great. My family and I enjoyed our Sunday birthday brunch so much on Sunday September 16th. The kids want to go back every Sunday. Great food, so many choices & combinations of food to try. Can I request that you build a Fire&Ice near Manchester NH?
We took my son and a few friends for his 16th Birthday. It is a fun place and a unique experience. The food was nothing special but there was a nice selection and there was plenty of it. I was asked how I wanted my burger cooked and I said medium rare. It was cooked medium well along with every other burger on the grill. Worth a visit just for the fun atmosphere and experience.
Overall, I enjoyed Fire and Ice, although it took some getting used to. You have to go through at least once to get the idea. Getting a place at the grill when it's busy can be a challenge if you don't know what you're doing. You have to watch the flow of dishes coming off the grill and get yourself a spot as a dish comes off. I was a little perturbed when one of the cooks told us to move, as he didn't explain why. Glad I made a reservation, I believe they open at 4pm and when we got there around 4:10 with a reservation for 4 it was quite busy. We did get seated right away though. Great place, great food, good drinks, good service.

EXTREMLY HOT INSIDE, UNDERSTANDABLY WARM DUE TO LARGE GRILL BUT EVEN ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF ROOM IT WAS WAY TO WARM. MAYBE BETTER SUITED FOR A COLD NIGHT AND NOT THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER.
