Fire+Ice is usually a good time, which it was. We were a group of 6 and the food was good the first trip when they had enough cooks at the grill. The 2nd trip up, however, our food got burnt horribly because they took so long to get back around to our section of the grill. The staff was all very friendly and sang to my friend for her birthday and brought an ice cream for her. Overall it was a good time. I made a reservation in advance and I would suggest doing that, otherwise there would have been quite a wait.
I love the atmosphere. Great place for kids. Love how you get to pick what you want and is cooked in front of you. My daughter wanted to go back again and wished we had one in our town.
Hard to describe, but trust me, it is a great place to go - any age. I consider myself a picky eater but had no problem creating a delicious meal here. Its the type of place that you always have fun at. Also very reasonably priced for the amount of food and fun involved! The chefs are very entertaining and you can have a lot of fun with your meal!
Great assortment of foods for all types of eaters (vegitarian, meat and fish eaters). Staff was very helpful in showing everyone the ropes! Fun experience and didn't rush us out.
Very fresh and varied items (choose what you want, take to central Mongolian Grill and enjoy you culinary-creation)... Buffet with a nice twist! I have eaten at both Fire & Ices in the greater-Boston area. I suggest avoiding the Harvard Square location, as I agree with reviews found on the web speaking-of sticky floors and tables. The upkeep at this restaurant was excellent; no sticky floors/tables. I *WILL* return!
A great first-time experience with great food and atmosphere.
The food variety was excellent and it was some what change from the last time I went. The chefs were very friendly and funny as well. The music selection was varied yet aloud everyone to groove to it.If you want to have a birthday that is memorable,Fire& Ice Boston is the place to go.
This place was amazing! We had a group of 8 on a Saturday night and the service was great and we had so much fun! For only $17 you can go up to the food bar as much as you want and create delicious customized meals that the chefs then cook right in front of you!! The chefs were so much fun and posed for pictures, sang for birthday girls and bachelorettes, and even sent a message to our sister friends.
