Went here with a group of 11 people. All had a good meal and its fun to watch everything being cooked on the massive grill, very reasonably priced. Service was fair. My one advisement for large groups is that they all attempt to get there on time. They had to cancel our reservation while we waited to some of our party to arrive. Luckily they were very accomodating and put us into a res that was 15 minutes later and everything worked out fine!
Can i saw stir fry delight... it's one of the better places for group eats and is light on the wallet... O YEAHHHH (pauly d voice)
Exceptional food though had to wait for more products to be brought out.
It was a bit hot, but after they opened the windows it got a little better. All in all, it was an interesting idea. Select your food and sauce and have it cooked for you. The price was reasonable too! All-you-can-eat is GREAT when feeding college kids!
I liked the energetic, lively ambience. The Mongolian grill is definitely the focal point of this restaurant. Waitstaff was very amiable and attentive.
Fun & unique. Kids enjoyed it. Glad I went for lunch, much more economical.
I guess i expected a bit more polish from Fire and Ice. Allowing for Monday night "college night" I still didnt expect to sit down at a sticky table, the music was SO loud that as 1st timers, the waitress' instructions on how it all worked could not be understood. The theme and the process is VERY cool being able to mix and match and try different concoctions of food. On the topic of concoctions however their specialty drink was sorely lacking alcolhol content. For $8.95 I expect to taste some Tequila...none. I'd give it one... read more

We were in Boston on a family daytrip and went to Fire & Ice Grill and Bar for lunch. The bar is downstairs and the restaurant is upstairrs. Fun and funky decor accented by 80's pop music playing. We were seated in a comfortable booth by the window by a friendly waitress.
