Best for the under 25 crowd. Sit in a booth near the windows if you want to be able to talk and have a bit of a view. Be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes if you don't have a reservation. Staff was very friendly.
My son loves this place because he can make all the combinations he wants and eat as much as he likes. We went for his birthday. It's not easy to coordinate your timing so that everyone's food is ready at the same time or close to it, so there's not a lot of time for socializing at the table. That said, the food was good with lots of choices, and the atmosphere was fun.
my only negative commentbeing in the restaurant business was we walked right past the manager on our way out and he did not give a parting comment. like thank you have a nice nite....food was great. fresh, cooks and servers were friendly. would go again.

Love going here! Was very busy but that is to be expected. It was great using the opentable reservation we where seated at the time we had chosen.

I was disappointed as the last few times I was at Fire & Ice you wrote down the table number and brought the food to the table. Standing around at the "grill table" isn't fun for me (especially if I was alone) although I wasn't -- but standing around at the grill table interfered with conversation. You might try letting the customer decide if they want to stand at the grill table or have the food served at the table. Our first visit to celebrate my son's birthday, it was great.
I've been here before and I keep coming back for special events with big groups. I don't need to go over the routine there, but in between going up for a new plate, the waitress/waiter will refill water and check in with us when we sit down for drinks or anything we need. I also appreciate that they all seem very friendly and strike up conversations. Food is cooked well, and even the cooks will sometimes do quick tricks with their utensils.
