It was my first time trying out Fire + Ice and I have to say that I enjoyed it a lot. It was a cool place to experience and there was so many different food options.

Great food and location. We were staying down the street at the Fairmont. Wish we had one of these in Florida. We used to eat at the Fire & Ice restaurants in Boston and Providence when we lived in Rhode Island.

It is a brilliant idea: freshly-cooked food made up of ingredients of a person's choosing. Grill chefs play up to the crowd, and birthday celebrants are allowed to cook their own food and get a photo op by the grill. Sunday brunch offers pancakes and omelets to order, while dinner fare is meat and seafood stir-fry and salads. Great cocktails, too!

Great place to take a group. Disappointed that after using Open Table our party still had to wait 20 minutes...as our limo clock ticked.

Fire + Ice has always been a wonderful restaurant to me, and OpenTable only made finding our table reservations much easier!

I enjoyed the experience overall. I went with two kids who are picky eaters and they both found something to eat. The only concern was that we were on the second floor with a 4 and 6 year old Nd didn't expect the windows to open to the street without any screen or warning.

Overall we had a great time at Fire and Ice! I was able to cook on the grill! I love how the chefs got us involved with out food and were VERY friendly and funny! Food was great as always and we will be sure to visit again soon!

We took our 14 year old son and six of his buddies. They had a great time choosing their own food and taking mulitple trips to the grill. The cooks were fun and great. Service terrific. This is not a place to go for top of the line food, just a fun atmosphere...

Fire+Ice is usually a good time, which it was. We were a group of 6 and the food was good the first trip when they had enough cooks at the grill. The 2nd trip up, however, our food got burnt horribly because they took so long to get back around to our section of the grill. The staff was all very friendly and sang to my friend for her birthday and brought an ice cream for her. Overall it was a good time. I made a reservation in advance and I would suggest doing that, otherwise there would have been quite a wait.
