We had a great time! We tried so many things that we wouldn't have normally tried. The waitress was really helpful and good to us. We have never spent so long in a restaurant before - we had a great time and would love to go back all the time. We just hope that someone will open one in our hometown, so we can enjoy more often!
Fire + Ice is the perfect restaurant for a groups of hungry people with diverse tastes looking for a unique experience. Part buffet, part show, it's especially popular with tweens, teens, and hungry college kids. I've had varied experiences with the quality of the food. Overall a great place to eat and drink!
great fun spot but not a place i would go on Saturday ight. Too busy for my liking and i did no twant to go back up and fight the crowds at the grill. Seems like a great time on a sunday
Had plans to see Blue Man Group. Made reservations on line for Fire and Ice. Got table within 15 minutes of checking in. First time diners. Had 15 and 16 yr olds with us. Our server Ru was wonderful - explained everything. Food was very good and liked the cooking display. Will definitely be back.
A fun, family friendy restaurant. Great do it yourself food (mongolian bar-b-cue style), makes it a terrific experience for groups.
Such an abundant, fresh selection of foods that anyone can have an enjoyable meal of their favorites, prepared in an interesting, energetic atmosphere. We were there on a Saturday night so, of course, it was crazy-busy, with lots of "Happy Birthday" singing from the entertaining grill crew. Great atmosphere! Food was outstanding, service and chef were great. No complaints at all.
Although the restaraunt had cancelled one of the reservations, the staff was very accomodating and was able to promptly pull something together for us. The cooks prepared the vegetarian meals separately which was very appreciated and the service was fast, especially considerring the large group we had. We had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend!!!
