Other than the fact that Fire + Ice doesn't understand what a reservation is this was a great place to go with the family. Service was good, food excellent and actually pretty cheap. The reservation thing was the only down side. We arrived on-time and when I arrived at the front desk and was quickly informed there was a 30 minute wait, when I informed the hostess that we had a reservation, they said oh ok. Then we still proceeded to wait close to 30 minutes to be seated

fire and ice always been a fav of mine but at 29 i felt old there! i dont know if we went on an off night (saturday?) or if im just feeling older then i am but me and my boyfriend were laughing because my 8 yr old was closer to median age then us! but as always foods great cooks awesome!

The food was excellent. This is a great twist on Mongolian Grills. There is a great selection! The desert was amazing...definitely recommend the Chocolate Cake.
There's a good variety of food and sauces to accompany them. At $17 all you can eat, it's a worthwhile and fun thing to do.
I loved fire + ice! We were there as a large group plus a baby and they were very accommodating! I think this restaurant is perfect for a romantic outing or a casual gathering with friends, very versatile! We all loved it. Waiter was awesome, very attentive. :o)
Fun restaurant with all you can eat salad bar and dining menu, cooked Mongolian style on large heated circular platter in center of room. Huge variety of vegetables, moderate offering of chicken, beef, pork and seafood, and some pastas to throw in. A great selection of sauces catering from mild to very spicy. All in all, a great place for good food in an energetic environment.
Wild place - definitely an experience! Don't go there for a quiet romantic dinner - not a place to bring your grandmother, either. But if you are going - especially with a group - for a raucous good time, this is the place!
