Our waiter was nice and attentive. However there was another female waiter who was not part of our table but she was in the bathroom talking loud using vulgar langue. She seemed to have been arguing with a boyfriend. While I was trying to wash my hands she made it awkward and uncomfortable. Super fun concept - take all you can buffet and blend that with hibachi - all a decent price. We had a fun time, left stuffed, but wanting more!

This was my first visit to Fire and Ice and it was fascinating and the atmosphere was fun. I will recommend this to my family, friends and coworkers. I had a great time, the people were fantastic, courteous helpful and pleasant. Keep up the great work.

I went to FiRE+iCE for my boyfriend’s birthday dinner, and it was amazing. We both enjoyed the food and the drinks, and the entire restaurant singing him happy birthday topped off the night. Thank you so much!
Amazing service. All waiters were very respectful.
Really good. Recommend the Asian cuisine the most. Service was excellent fun place to get drinks.
