We arrived around 3:00PM, it was not very busy .Our server was not very attentive we were sat and then greeted by him promptly. We put in an order for an app and 2 drinks we then had gone to the buffet line, picked our food, waited for it to be cooked, returned to the table to eat and had no silverware, we asked another server for some, finished our food and went back up to the buffet line and saw him coming out with the drinks and no app then about 5 minutes into eating our second portions the app came out. We hadn't been to Fire and Ice in quite some time, and we were glad to get back there. It really is fun, as well as delicious. Here's one thing to watch out for. Because each person's selection is grilled so close to the next person's, you may get something back you didn't select. I got a bit of someone else's hamburger. Well, that was OK with me. Food was fresh and decent. The raw food area was fairly messy. Lots of dropped food everywhere. Service was ok. Good was cooked well and quickly. The grill guys were awesome. We ordered two drinks. Both awful. I've been here before and it's usually quite good. This time, not so much.

We walked in .. it was very quiet Plenty of table available. For some reason the host sat us at a table right next to another group. We ask to move after about 10 minutes. We felt like we were with this group could hear everything they were talking about Extremely unnecessary

Great service despite it being a busy Friday night! Food was good, server was wonderful, and the cooks were very amazing! Hostess at the counter did a great job of seating guests and addressing the growing line as people came in for the dinner rush. Would definitely come back again. So glad to see it busy once more! :)
