It was husband’s 30th birthday. The food was great but our server was not. She was difficult to locate at times, it took well over a half hour to get our drinks, and she very rarely visited the table.

Can't go wrong. You pick it, starch, veg, meat, seasoning and sauce. They cook it. Lots of choices. Seafood, steak tips, chicken, sausage, burgers etc etc.

It was our first time at Fire + Ice. It was "fine" but I don't think I'd return for what you get. Food was fresh and lots of choices. The problem is that there aren't any active suggestions of what to put together. So everything is an experiment until you find exactly what you like. And that's ok for some, but I kinda felt like the sauces overwhelmed the food. The servers were all very friendly. Nothing bad to say there. Everything was great but for what I can only assume was a normal busy night, allowing folks to make a reservation for 8pm when you are closing at 9pm should come with a disclaimer that the average guest needs more than 1 hour to enjoy the full experience. Nothing exists from that day that brought me more frustration than only being able to make myself 2 bowls before being told the kitchen was closing.
