Not what I expected at all. The guys preparing the food are nice. That's about it. The food is so so, the adult beverages were weak. I don't recommend this place at all. Not sure how it got the rating it does.

We stopped here for brunch before heading to the Sox game. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about “brunch” at Fire&Ice but it surprisingly worked really well! Everything was great and the variety of options from omelets and pancakes to the usual offerings along with burgers and dogs made everyone in our party happy and stuffed! The only downside was that we were too full for sausages at the game!

Too loud and too crowded. Not sure why they let you make 7:30 reservations when they close at 9:00. The edit tine to have the food cooked was way to long. We barely got to eat before we were being ushered out the door.
The food and service were terrific. Worth a trip fir brunch.

They were ok, it was very crowded which is to be expected for the weekend, but they didn’t have enough staff so the manager was waiting on us the whole time so needless to say the quality of service was a bit lacking because of course he had other things to do as well. I don’t even mind that we didn’t have a real server, but after we left I realized he charge my 6 year old the adult rate, so I called but they said the could give me a credit, what can I do with that when I don’t live there? It was very frustrating.
