I didn't use Cherie Williams for my taxes. What an onerous process. When pricing this job, from day one she got the info wrong. She miscounts how many states are involved, lists my W2 for the wrong state, and undercounts the number and kind of 1099s supplied (and yes, she'll charge for "additional" 1099s added later). You were expected to sign an engagement document that simply outlines our responsibility and yours. However, you wanted us to list your entire list of documents in the engagement document which is irrelevant, especially if new documents are needed after it is signed.
