I believe Cherie was very professional. The office was very clean and inviting. She answered all my questions. She even helped me to file an amendment to recieve more of a refund after looking over my last year's tax return(which I did not have at the time).
MY UPDATE based on their response: They did not refuse to do my taxes. Total fabrication. I declined to use them, not the other way around. Would you want an accountant to write about you as she did to me? Nope. Original review: I didn't use Cherie Williams for my taxes. What an onerous process. When pricing this job, from day one she got the info wrong. You were expected to sign an engagement document that simply outlines our responsibility and yours. However, you wanted us to list your entire list of documents in the engagement document which is irrelevant, especially if new documents are needed after it is signed.
