Fast care as advertised. But very through screen for all the nasty stuff, breathing treatment and steroid and antibiotic injections. Treated by an excellent provider (Danielle) and great medical assistant (Heather). Listened to my concerns set me on the way to feeling better. Pneumonia is nothing to mess with I feel I’m on the right path! Thanks everyone. Oh yeah the young woman at the front desk (Kelsey) was great too!

The nurse practitioner was very helpful to Annabelle. She was very patient and kind and wanted to make Annabelle feel comfortable. She really went above and beyond to take care Annabelle’s blocked ear. Thank you!

Great, everyone was super nice even though it was a beautiful Sunday and i’m glad they were working.Great job. the x-ray went well and i feel like i got the medicine i needed. Thanks so much.

My visit was ok, except having to wait for over an hour in the waiting area and then wait again for over an hour in the exam room. Maybe they need more staff.
All staff were great, very helpful and efficient. Did not catch names, but Winchester KY staff is wonderful!
