Since leaving a competitor credit union who failed to help me any way possible, FCCU has never denied me of anything I asked or applied for. They are prompt & professional in any way. From the time I called and asked questions about the loan I was applying for, to the time that the loan officer got back with me was very short! I applied in between the holidays but every question was answered and I received text messages and emails step by step! It was such an easy process and I thank you all for that.
